I have just placed an order, when will it arrive?
Paleo Ridge offer next day delivery on all orders; If you order before 12am Monday to Thursday, your order will be with dispatched the same day for delivery next day. If you order after 12am on Thursday, your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery the next day. (there are no collections or deliveries on weekends or bank holidays) Please read the delivery info page for more details.
I have place an order but it has not arrived, what can I do?
98% of all our orders are delivered within 24 hours. DPD offer live tracking for deliveries. Please check your tracking information, you can do this by typing your consignment number into https://www.dpd.co.uk/service/ If you have downloaded the DPD app, all your delivery notifications will be sent to the app. If you do not have the app you will receive email and text updates. On occasions there may be a delay. Our packaging keeps everything frozen for 48 hours so please do not worry about defrosting. Please call us on 02394 210800 (option 2) if you have any issues at all with your delivery.
I have placed an order but have just realised I won't be in for delivery, what can I do?
At Paleo Ridge we have a No Signature Required policy. This means our couriers will leave your delivery safe (at your property/neighbours property) without a signature, you won't need to cancel your plans or cancel your order. You must inform us prior to ordering if you have no safe place. Our couriers use GPS tracking to confirm that a courier has delivered to your address.
I have tried calling/emailing but I have not had a response yet, why?
If you have called us and no one has picked up, it's because we are busy talking to other customers. We have a dedicated team of staff answering calls all day. Please try again or leave a message. If you have emailed but not yet had a reply it is because our team are working their way through all the previous emails we have received. We aim to get back to everyone within 48 hours, often it is much quicker than this. In really busy periods it may take a little longer.
I am new to raw feeding and feel overwhelmed, can you help?
Yes, we most definitely can! Please read all the info on our website. Give yourself some time to absorb the information. I have a complaint, who do I contact?
If you have a complaint please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, address, order number and a brief description of the issue you have had. If it relates to one of our products please include the product name and batch number.
I want to change my delivery date and/or order content, can I do this?
Unfortunately we are unable to change delivery days or order content. Once you have placed your order it will be processed and packed very quickly by our team. This is to make sure we run as efficiently as possible, so we can better serve our customers.
